We want to wish Mr. Oliver Kelly a very Happy 80th Birthday on Tuesday, July 27, 2021. For 39 years (since 1982) he’s been owner and operator of Buchanan’s first and oldest Black-owned business; so many good neighborhood memories at his shop, Kelly’s Convenience Store.

He was celebrated and honored at this year’s Neighborhood Block Party July 3rd in Buchanan’s Victory Park by The City of Buchanan and Mayor Sean Denison.
