Restaurant Week – Spotlight on Cameron’s
by Miranda Barger
In the past, Restaurant Week has become a crucial part of Buchanan — and Berrien County’s — food culture. Diners during Restaurant Week get the experience to try unique dishes and visit new restaurants. Across the city, Restaurant Week features different restaurants that offer a smaller portion menu with a variety of their regular menu items for tasting.

In this issue I would like to feature Cameron’s American Traditional style restaurant as one of the participants. Cameron’s restaurant week menu picks include Chili, potato and ham soup, Onion petals, Mexican dip, Portobello mushrooms, Jumbo wings, Shaved prime rib on Ciabatta, pot roast with potatoes carrots and onions, Brats and fries, Hawaiian chicken sandwiches and various desserts for one dollar.

Diners tend to gravitate to Cameron’s in appreciation of the welcoming and rustic atmosphere, as well as the delicious food. A few months ago, my Facebook feed began popping up with images of an inviting and refreshing looking patio there at Cameron’s, which also boasts a spacious indoor dining room. It’s an atmosphere just begging for a wine, cocktail, tall glass of iced tea or smart coffee drink.

In conclusion, Cameron’s makes an entourage of dishes, drinks, and appetizers (across all different flavor profiles) with their own unique and professional flare. I have absolute confidence in whatever that kitchen turns-out. It’s probably gonna be fantastic, so you get our official blessing to order whatever you want off Cameron’s menu for restaurant week. Bon appétit!
