Recently, Berrien County Historical Association showcased a Buchanan story in their newest temporary exhibit, Global Titan: The Story of Buchanan’s Clark Equipment Company. Our team took a trip over to Berrien Springs to view this informative exhibit about Buchanan’s industrial history. Go ahead and check it out (see info at end of article) through April 3. Admission is free but they accept donations to keep running.

About Berrien County Historical Association: The BCHA was established in 1968 to preserve the 1839 County Courthouse and serve as the heart of Berrien County’s past.  Since then, the grounds have expanded to include four additional buildings and is now referred to as the History Center at Courthouse Square.  Today the Square and its environs are owned by Berrien County and are under the care of the Berrien County Parks Department while the BCHA continues its mission as stewards to the history of the past.

The History Center at Courthouse Square, operated by the Berrien County Historical Association, is located in Berrien Spring, MI. The Square is home to the 1839 county courthouse, the oldest of its kind in Michigan.
