Buchanan Community Easter Egg Hunt Hosted by Buchanan-Galien Leo Club

The Buchanan-Galien Leo’s planned, prepared for and hosted the Community Easter Egg hunt on Saturday April 16th. Over 9,000 eggs were stuffed with candy and prizes by the Leo’s and other community helpers in preparation for the event.
Most of the candy and prizes were donated by community sponsors and supporters. About 15 Leo’s, Lions and helpers spent 2 ½ hours preparing the Common Area and placing the eggs in the four age specific areas.
When the Buchanan Fire Department sounded the horn to begin at 11:00 a.m. sharp- the eggs were collected in about three minutes.
Great job Leo’s, Leo co-Ieaders Lions Alice Kring and Brian Fisher, Buchanan-Galien Lions and all others who helped and or supported the event.
