Wedding in an Apple Orchard!

On Sunday June 12th, 2022 I sat down with Gail Hanchar, a caterer of CC Cakery and Bakery out of Buchanan. Gail started her business in farmers markets in local cities Niles, South Bend, and Buchanan. The first shop was open in Niles next to the Golden Nugget. As things started to prosper, she moved to Buchanan and then again to where her family resides now at the old Philippi apple orchard which is located outside of Galien.
Gail can do catering for weddings and birthdays to business meetings at her facility or at your destination of choice. She also does decorative cakes and cupcakes and anything as it goes for catering. Her most extensive artwork was doing a Harry Potter theme. Due to the pandemic Gail has had to push some weddings back.
