BAMA Faith and Family Day 2022
by Editor & Photographer, Rebecka Hoyt
Sunday, August 28, a hot afternoon was enjoyed by many people and families of all ages at the Faith and Family Day event held at the Common.

The Buchanan Area Ministerial Association (BAMA) put this on as backpacks filled with school supplies were given away, hearing and vision tests by the Lions Club, free haircuts in the Redbud City Center, snacks of popcorn, shaved flavored ice, chips, and water were enjoyed from Salvation Army, Redbud Insurance, and Life Plan. Buchanan City Police also had a booth as well.
Bounce houses and some great Christian music were in full swing with excitement. Tablets were also given away for those receiving special medical insurance. Last but not least, a prayer station was available for anyone who needed some prayer.

About Buchanan Area Ministerial Association: This group is made of different churches in Buchanan. Their page is a great way to stay up to date on different events BAMA is hosting, but more importantly it is a great way to see how God is moving in Buchanan.
