Listing Leaders Annual Holiday Event – Cookies & Cocoa with Santa 2022

At Listing Leaders Michigan, our favorite annual tradition is our Cookies & Cocoa with Santa event. We have been hosting this event since 2018 and love to see some of the same families return year after year. This family event allows children to come visit Santa and write him a letter while they enjoy delicious cookies and hot chocolate.

Seeing the kids’ faces light up when they see Santa is one of the most magical experiences. We have our very own elves that help pass out cookies & hot chocolate to the parents and kids. While writing their letter to Santa, the kids can include their address and a book they would like. Once their letter is complete, it can be placed in Santa’s big magical mailbox.

At the end of the night, the elves get busy reviewing the letters and buying books. Our little elves hand wrap all the books with a special little message and deliver them to each and every house just in time for Christmas. Our local communities look forward to this night every year, as do we!
