Regular Meeting of the Buchanan Community Schools Board of Education • Tuesday, January 17, 2023 – 6pm

  • Meeting Highlights:
    • President Dr. Burnett opened the meeting at 6:00pm
    • POINTS OF PRIDE
      • Retirement – Wendy Murphy, Ottawa Literacy Coach, 32 years of service.
      • School Resource Officer Grant Approval
      • School Board Recognition Month – Mrs. Robinson thanked the school board for their dedication and hard work.
    • PRESENTATIONS
      • School Highlight – Mrs. Stacey Denison, Ottawa Elementary Principal presented to the board.
    • Meeting adjourned at 7:49pm.

There is a time for regular public participation during the meeting as indicated in agenda item H. If you wish to make a presentation to the Board, please fill out the Speaker Card and pass it to the Board President before item H on the agenda.

Members of the public may contact members of the school board to provide input or ask questions on any business that will come before the board. These items will also be shared with the Superintendent.
