IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE FLOOR OF YOUR CORE
(PELVIC HEALTH FOR EVERYONE)
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 12 ~ 2PM
with Becky Roush PT
Our fitness programs address your arms, your legs, your back, your neck, and your “core” but we don’t directly address the hidden muscles that you rely on every day.
Within your pelvis are the muscles of the pelvic floor. They help stabilize your hips, support your pelvic organs, and act as the door for urine and stool. They are important muscles that don’t get much attention because we keep them covered up all the time. Come to this session if you are interested in learning how these muscles work and how you can get them to work better. This may be of special interest if you struggle with:
– Urgency (Do you feel like you aren’t going to make it to the bathroom in time?)
– Frequency (Do you feel like you visit every public restroom around?)
– Constipation (Ugh, we all know what that one feels like.)
– Incontinence (That is the unintentional release of urine or stool.)
Please call 695-7119 to reserve your seat.

BUILD A CEDAR WREN HOUSE
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 19 ~ 1PM

All materials and tools are provided to build a cedar wren house of your own. You will have a kit of precut cedar, ready for you to fit the pieces together.
Ben Davidson and Mike Tilly will be your instructors for the afternoon, guiding you step by step.
Men, sign up today! You too, ladies!
$20 for materials—cash only due by April 12.
