Learning How to Cope and Recover from Loss Workshop:
Unfortunately, the longer we live the more likely we will experience a loss. Whether it involves the death of a loved one, divorce, or changes in health or finances, we all experience conflicting feelings caused by a change in familiar patterns of behavior. Experiencing a loss produces normal reactions but can at times affect our ability to adapt and recover from it. This workshop is designed to provide attendees with the necessary skills to cope and recover from any loss in a more healthy and adaptive manner.
The first 20 people who sign in at the workshop will receive a free book, The Grief Recovery Handbook (one book per family).
