City of Buchanan Seeks Community Feedback on Revitalization Plans for St. Joseph River Waterfront

Buchanan, MI – April 24, 2022

The City of Buchanan is actively engaged in the implementation of A Vision for Buchanan which imagines redevelopment opportunities in Buchanan and explores improvement of public access to the river and natural environment (image below). They are seeking community feedback to explore revitalizing and activating the Riverfront Park, Buchanan Boat Launch, and the St. Joseph River Waterfront.

The information collected in this survey will be used to guide the planning process for this project in the effort to create a waterfront master plan for Buchanan. This survey will be open from 4/24/23 – 5/22/23.
